Fraud in the 2021 Virginia Governors Race. Why it is Possibly the Beginning of the End

This is how it will fall. At the end of the day, after the polls have closed and the majority of ballots counted, one of two things will happen. 1. The democratic nominee will be declared the winner by a substantial margin but 2. more likely the count will be deemed too close and the final results will be announced after all ballots are processed. Keeping in mind that if you’re mailing in a ballot, Friday , November 5th at noon is your deadline, with a drop dead postmark date of November 2nd. In addition, The Board of Elections will not certify the election results until November 15th, almost two weeks after Decision Day

Yes you read it right. The 2021 Virginia Governors race is the perfect storm for voter fraud and manipulation of the tabulated votes.

Why is it the perfect storm?

1. Ridiculous early voting parameters. Virginians could start voting in person beginning September 17th and to request a mail in ballot, it’s 45 days before the election. In this instance, September 19th.

2. As last year, there are a multitude of drop boxes throughout the state for voters to plug in their ballot .

3. In this state the process of “ ballot harvesting”is permitted. There are currently 27 states that allow this gathering method

4. Virginia is one of 17 states in the union that permit illegal immigrants to obtain drivers license

5. The Fairfax County Board of Supervisors are waiving the legally required witness signature for Absentee ballots as well as the last four digits of the voters social security number, both statutory requirements

I cover these aspects in my book, “The American Citizens Handbook on Immigration- a candid conversation with a concerned citizen.”

The total number of Americans who voted early or who cast absentee or mail-in ballots rose from 24.9 million in 2004 to 57.2 million in 2016, according to an October 2017 report from the US Election Assistance Commission. The total number of Americans who voted early almost doubled between 2004 and 2016 from 10.2 million to 24.1 million, according to this same report. And by 2016, the EAC found the trend toward bypassing the physical voting polls on the designated voting day had escalated to such a point that sixteen states reported more than 50 percent of the ballots came by way of early, absentee, or mail-in voting.”

What’s happening is that voting is becoming about as humdrum as picking up the takeout from Peking Chinese. What’s happening, too, is chaos. What’s happening, too, is chaos. “One question surrounding Voting By Mail is whether it increases voter fraud,” MIT’s Election Lab wrote. “There are two major features of VBM that raise these concerns. First, the ballot is cast outside the public eye, and thus the opportunities for coercion and voter impersonation are greater. Second, the transmission path for VBM ballots is not as secure as traditional in-person ballots. These concerns relate both to ballots being intercepted and ballots being requested without the voter’s permission.”

It’s one thing to want to help the handicapped and overseas-deployed members of the military to cast their votes. It’s another thing entirely to change voting laws to accommodate personal conveniences and, yes, laziness. And it’s another level of outrage completely to change voting laws to accommodate those who do take advantage of the conveniences of early, absentee, and mail-in voting but then can’t manage to properly fill out their ballot. Let’s remember: voting is a citizen’s right—but it’s also a privilege. It’s not something to be taken lightly: it’s not supposed to be something that’s simply done as a matter of convenience to the voter.

“The second part of the voting scenario here is not so benign, that being ballot harvesting. Ballot harvesting is political jargon for a practice in which organized workers or volunteers collect absentee ballots from certain voters and drop them off at a polling place or election office. Coined by California Republicans, the term carries a negative connotation to suggest improprieties and even election fraud. The conservative site Townhall.com called it the California Democrats’ “latest election-stealing tool.” The San Francisco Chronicle Editorial Board took a different view, calling it “a sinister-sounding way of saying their opponents turned out more votes than they did” in one recent editorial.”

In 2016, California governor Jerry Brown signed into law AB1921, which legalized the so-called practice of “ballot harvesting.” Previously, only a family member or someone living in the same household was permitted to drop off mail ballots for a voter, but the new law allowed anyone—including political operatives—to collect and return them for a voter. The practice is so common harvesters even have their own region-specific names. In Florida, they’re known as boleteros. In Texas, they’re called politiqueras. In the article from The Federalist, December 14, 2018, “How Ballot-Harvesting Became the New Way to Steal An Election,” Eric Eggers brings these three points home: *In Orange County, an estimated 250,000 harvested ballots were reportedly dropped off on Election Day alone. County Republican Chairman Fred Whitaker claimed the 2016 law “directly caused the switch from being ahead on election night to losing two weeks later.

The Heritage Foundation (October 18, 2019) Integrity Vote Harvesting: A Recipe for Intimidation, Coercion, and Election Fraud”

“And how do the vote harvesters find the absentee ballot voters they want to target? One example is demonstrated by the 2017 federal bribery conviction in McAllen, Texas, of a postal carrier. Noe Olvera was paid $ 1,000 by a campaign worker for a list of the names and addresses of absentee ballot recipients on his postal route.”

The more time you give the unscrupulous identities known as the ballot harvesters to apply their trade the more fraud there will be. Add drop boxes into the mix with mail in voting and you can see how thousands of those harvested ballots are flipped into the system with no one knowing.

Less talked about, but just as influential are the states where illegal immigrants are able to obtain drivers license. Virginia is one of those states. Pls see the facts below to see why it contributes to voter fraud

“In an effort to encourage more Americans to register to vote, Congress and then president Bill Clinton enacted the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) in 1993. Commonly referred to as motor voter, the law mandates that “states provide individuals with the opportunity to register to vote at the same time that they apply for a driver’s license or seek to renew a driver’s license.” The law also directs states to “offer voter registration opportunities at all offices that provide public assistance and all offices that provide state-funded programs primarily engaged in providing services to persons with disabilities.

Certainly, the NVRA simplified the process for registering voters by allowing individuals to register when they applied for driver’s licenses. For practical reasons, states do not differentiate licenses between citizens and aliens. Plenty of legal immigrants apply for and receive licenses every day. While they have equal access to a driver’s license, legal immigrants, as noncitizens, do not have the right to vote. But because of the NVRA, almost all of them were presented the opportunity in their license application to register to vote, and many (often mistakenly) selected that they wanted to be registered to vote. This process usually involved simply checking off a box on the application, which was then sent off to the state board of elections. Often, the fact that an individual was an alien was lost in translation, and many were mistakenly registered to vote in federal and state elections. To understand how common this mistake is, recently, the California DMV discovered that 1,500 legal immigrants were registered to vote within a span of only five months. The Boston Herald said in their opinion piece published “Illegal Immigrants Should Not Get Driver’s Licenses” (September 4, 2019), “A driver’s license can bridge the gap between undocumented status and the full privileges of citizenship, including voting. It is quite a reward to bestow upon someone who has repeatedly broken the law, in most cases, in establishing an unearned livelihood in this country.

This report is a little discerning to say the least as the report focused exclusively on the Commonwealth of Virginia. PILF released a September 2016 report titled “Alien Invasion in Virginia“The Public Interest Legal Foundation””, which highlighted the ways in which 1,046 aliens registered to vote in eight counties. In May 20171 PILF released a follow-up to that study titled “Alien Invasion II: The Sequel to the Discovery and Cover-up of Non-Citizen Registration and Voting in Virginia.” That report was even more damning: 5,556 non-citizens have been removed from the voter rolls for citizenship problems in 120 of Virginia’s 133 voting jurisdictions since 2011. In 102 of these jurisdictions, 1,852 individuals cast 7,474 ballots before election officials cancelled their registrations. In the other 13 voting jurisdictions, election officials have not removed a single record from the voter rolls because of citizenship problems in over 6 years. The report concluded by stating that “Each of these individuals can make their way onto the voting rolls by simply checking the wrong box during a visit to the DMV. The true extent of the problem likely runs in the tens of thousands, if not more.” Again, this report highlighted the same issue found in the ODU-GMU study. Both reports found that it is fairly easy for non-citizen aliens to inadvertently become registered voters when they apply for driver’s licenses.”

In closing I offer this article “

National Review (December 2019) DHS Slams New York Law Allowing Illegal Immigrants to Obtain Driver’s Licenses”

“The Department of Homeland Security released a statement Monday condemning New York lawmakers for passing legislation that allows illegal immigrants to obtain a driver’s license using foreign documentation. The so-called “Green Light” law, which was passed in June, took effect on Monday as illegal immigrants lined up outside New York City DMV branches to claim licenses. The law also prevents the New York DMV from sharing information on illegal immigrants with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials. “This will protect criminals at the expense of the safety and security of law-abiding New York residents,” a spokesman for DHS said in a statement. “Besides giving drivers licenses to hundreds of thousands of people who broke our laws and have come to our country illegally,” the spokesman continued, “the New York law also blocks DHS law enforcement officers who investigate crimes like child exploitation, human trafficking, terrorism, the targeting of gang members, sex offenders, and drug smuggling, from accessing important public records.”

You’ve been given a heads up. All the above factors will be coming in to play tomorrow November 2nd in Virginia. History shows these factors will contribute to voter fraud to such an extent that the election results will be tarnished. When the board of elections announces after Election Day that additional ballots have been counted that turns the election, realize THE GAMES HAVE BEGUN!!!!!

I implore all Americans to contact their congress and Senate and have these laws changed back for the sake of the country. You can go to our website americancitizenshandbook.com, click on your state and find contact information ( our apologies for not quite being up to date in all numbers”)
